Daymark, a transportation and logistics solutions company for the time- and temperature-sensitive goods industry, decided to take the next steps to position themselves as a leader in their industry. With a history of providing services to a few large clients, the company had had very little need to invest in its image and sales system. But in recent times, greater competition had forced them to defend their market and promote themselves.
PTi International had developed the original Daymark marketing and communication plan, and we extended that plan to include information managenemnt. The site allows users to learn more about Daymark Group and the logistics industry, as well as apply for positions with the company. The newest (Oct, 2000) addition to the site is the ability to track shipments in real time, giving Daymark's logistics clients unprecedented access.

Appropriately for a logistics industry leader, Daymark Group now enables clients to track their truck shipments directly through the Daymark web site. With help from PTi International, the power of Daymark Group's truck database has been tied in with the easy-to-use web front end. The result is unprecedented client empowerment.
